Just a few kilometres away from the German-Polish border, FEC regularly presents films from Germany, Poland, Russia and other Central/Eastern European countries. For its 30th iteration, a new team has assembled and is currently selecting films and creating an exciting programme for November.

In four competitions and numerous side sections, the FFC will show around 200 films competing for prize money and the coveted prize sculpture LUBINA (Sorbian: the Lovely).
